Better connected 2011 - out now
Tuesday 1st March 2011
Socitm’s annual report on the usefulness and usability of council websites is out now. Assessments of websites from 49 other public sector organisations subscribing to Socitm Insight are included.
Overall, the report concludes that most councils have still not recognised that digital delivery is faster and more convenient for the public as well cheaper for the taxpayer.
Spreadsheets, reports and presentations on the results of Better connected 2011 are now ready to download from www.socitm.net/betterconnected.
