Socitm 2009 opens for bookings

Bookings are now open for Socitm 2009, to be held 11-13 October at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
The conference, entitled Re-inventing local public services - radical thinking, practical solutions
is a 'must-attend', event, with a uniquely qualified line up of
