Shared services: latest Planting the Flag pocket guide now available

One of six guides from Socitm on the strategic capabilities required for public service reform is now available and covers the topic of shared services.
Planting the flag - Pocket guide 5: Shared services is available for download by Socitm Insight subscribers and Socitm members.
A further pocket guide on strategic sourcing is due to be launched in November at the Socitm 2012 Annual Conference.
