Benchmarking services

Based on the public sector Value for Money indicators developed by the UK audit agencies, Benchmarking Corporate Services will enable you to assess current performance, demonstrate commitment to performance improvement and develop focused improvement plans where necessary.

A key element of the study is a survey of the views of key stakeholders in your organisation on the quality and performance of corporate services, using techniques proven over the past eight years by well over 200 organisations and 100,000 users.
