David Membrey
David Membrey - Non-Executive Director
David is Deputy Chief Executive of the Charity Finance Directors' Group, a membership body for those responsible for finance in charities. He joined CFDG in 2003, coming from the international development charity Book Aid International where he had been Deputy Director. Over his 25 years in the sector David has been extensively involved in finance, IT, project management and facilities management. At CFDG he is responsible for corporate relations, event design, IT and major projects as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office. He represents CFDG on numerous committees and is a founding trustee of the Charities IT Resource Alliance (Citra). He is also on the Board of the freedom of speech charity Index on Censorship.
