Chris Guest - Non-Executive Director

Chris Guest is Head of ICT and Customer Services at Flintshire County Council in North Wales. As well as being responsible for the professional ICT team he also takes a lead role in delivering business change across the Council. He has worked in Welsh Local Government since 1980.

Chris was a founder member of Socitm Cymru chairing the regional group for several years; he was Socitm President in 2004/05 and is currently Chair of the Socitm Insight Steering Group. He is also a member of the Welsh Public Sector CIO Council and is heavily involved in national and regional collaborative initiatives within Wales.

Chris has a variety of interests but in particular he enjoys travel and food & wine, he is also a keen golfer (but very much a beginner!)
