Practical SLA Development workshop
This one day course will give delegates an overview of good practice in service level agreement SLA development and will cover the practical issues drawing on “real life” examples.
The standard delegate fee of £495 + VAT includes refreshments and lunch. Delegates from any organisation which employs a Socitm member will pay a reduced rate of £395.00 + VAT. Where several places are booked at the same time, there will be a 25% discount for the 2nd place, 40% for the 3rdplace and 50% for any subsequent places.Related events
