Building perfect council websites 09

Building perfect council websites ’09: helping citizens help themselves looks at best practice now, and predicts future trends to keep you ahead of the game.

Building perfect council websites, a partnership between Socitm and E-Government Bulletin, has grown steadily to become the event of the year for all local authority webmasters, and anyone involved in creating content and managing or delivering services for councils via the web. The conference will cover all aspects of creating a successful site, from high-level strategic issues such as ensuring a focus on the citizen to detailed hands-on advice such as user registration, customisation and web form accessibility.
