Socitm President's Dinner 2010

This prestigious event, hosted by Socitm President, Jos Creese, will be held this year on 16 September, at Trinity House in London.

Sponsorship opportunities

This Year's Socitm President's Dinner will be held at Trinity House in London. The dinner is black tie to reflect this prestigious occasion. Approximately 100 senior attendees are selected by Socitm from senior local public services and other related organisations with the Public Service field.

In a change to our usual format, we are opening up sponsorship to this key networking event to number of organisations. Of the 10 tables at this year's event, a company can sponsor each table and have a seat at that table.

Price

1 Presidents Table sponsor: £3,500 + vat (Booked by Capita)

9 Table sponsors: £2,000 + vat each (8 available)

Each sponsor will have:

• Table branding
• Place name branding
• Sponsor message at the table
• Menu on each table
• Profile in President's Dinner brochure with forewords by the Socitm President and Managing Director
• Attendance at pre-dinner reception and post dinner charity auction
• Referrals of branding in broadcasts to Socitm members before and after the event
• Profile on Socitm website sponsor's page
• The opportunity to donate to the exclusive President's charity auction - with subsequent coverage and profile on all Socitm media channels

Next year is Socitm's 25th anniversary - by being a sponsor this year, we will alert you of sponsorship options for next year's 25th anniversary President's Dinner before other organisations.

Places are limited and to secure your branding, we must have confirmation and logo before the end of August. To secure your sponsorship please use the Socitm President's Dinner 2010 sponsorship booking form.

Payment must be made in full in advance by credit card to secure you place on a first pay first serve basis.

On receipt of your booking form, a secure credit card link will be emailed to you.
