Developing an ICT Strategy

Do you need to create a new ICT strategy, or to refresh your current strategy? This one-day practical event is designed to help those who want to maximise the benefits from their ICT budgets.

The foundations are recent Socitm Insight reports on building an ICT strategy and ICT governance. There is a strong emphasis on creating the right governance framework in order to ensure the full implementation of the strategy, and we use the new Socitm technology and information architectures.

Strategy consultant Malcolm Wylie has a strong background in local government IT management and with a large ICT services and solutions vendor. In recent years he has developed and reviewed many strategies for public sector clients.
