This interactive one day course provides a comprehensive overview of Electronic Document and Records Management EDRM.
It will identify and explore the key aspects of a sustainable strategy covering people and process considerations as well as exploring technology options.
It is suitable for all public sector organisations, whether embarking on, already implementing or reviewing their EDRM programme.
The course combines more formal teaching with interactive sessions thus allowing ample opportunity for delegates to raise their own issues and share experiences.
