Socitm financial regulations

The financial regulations supplement the constitution of the Society of Information Technology Management ('The Society') and the Articles of Association of Socitm Services Limited ('Socitm Services').

They are concerned with the detailed interpretation of, and are bound by, the constitution and Articles respectively. Their purpose is to regulate and control the financial policies of the Society and Socitm Services. Proposed changes to these regulations are subject to the approval of the National Executive Committee (NEC).
