Letter to Bill McCluggage

Following a number of meetings between the Local CIO Council, Socitm, LGA and Buying Solutions, a open letter has been written to Socitm members to answer queries about the Government Connect (GCSx) charges for 2011/12.

A Local CIO Council representative, chaired a join meeting to discuss the issues raised.
