Socitm has been predicting for a long time that new models for public service delivery are needed. Its vision for 'tomorrow's organisation' was launched well before the current financial crisis facing public services materialised and we can now see that vision becoming a reality...

The report is based on the premise that, although life in the public and third sectors will become very challenging, technology does offer the promise of imaginative solutions that if properly deployed could mitigate the impact.

The 24 page report is available free of charge to view and download for all employees of organisations that subscribe to Socitm Insight. This requires registration on this site so that you can log in. Go to the 'register' button (see panel in left hand margin) and when you get to the registration page you will be able to use a look up facility to see if your organisation is a subscriber. If they are, you will be able to access Socitm Insight publications when logged in.
